Bacon Hangers

Bacon Hangers are stainless steel hangers designed for vertical smoking of pork bellies, brisket, and other large cuts of meat in your smoker. Vertical hanging not only enhances flavor by exposing more surface area to smoke, it also makes more efficient use of your smoker chamber - letting you smoke more bacon (or brisket, or whole loins) in less space. Available with 6 prongs (6½" wide) or 8 prongs (9" wide) for batch hanging multiple cuts.
