At PS Seasoning, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable items and hardware.

Return Process

  Reach out to our team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the unused items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
