The most versatile of the high-temp cheeses, pairing well with virtually any seasoning blend. We recommend a 10-15% inclusion ratio (1 lb of cheese per 10-lb meat block). 1 lb package.

Usage For Sausage- Making:

We recommend a 10-15% inclusion ratio for your meat block.

  • For 10-lb Meat Block: Mix 1 lb of high-temp cheese
  • For 25-lb Meat Block: Mix 2-3 lbs of high-temp cheese

Storage:

Lasts up to 180 days at 32-72°F. Refrigerate after opening. Do not freeze.
