Sweeter Than Sweet Cure is an award-winning sugar cure for ham, bacon, and turkey - formulated with cane, brown, and maple sugars for a richer, more complex sweetness than standard cures. Particularly suited to ham curing, where the sugar profile complements traditional smoke-and-salt flavor for an exceptionally tasty finished product. Use 1.75 lbs per 1 gallon of water for brine. 5 lb package.
