Maple Cure is a complete meat cure made with real maple sugar - designed for curing bacon, ham, and beef jerky. The maple sugar adds a subtle sweetness and characteristic maple flavor that pairs particularly well with pork bellies and ham. Use 1 lb. to 1 gallon water for brine, or 0.46 lb. per 25 lbs. of meat for sausage applications. Works with all PS Seasoning award-winning seasonings.

  • Use 1 lb. to Gallon water for brine.
  • Use .46 lb. to 25 lbs. meat (for making sausage)
