The Story
40mm Clear Collagen Tied Rounds are pre-tied loop casings designed for smoked ring bologna, kielbasa, liver sausage, and any sausage requiring a perfect ring shape. Each casing is tied at one end and makes a 1 lb. ring bologna. The clear color preserves the natural smoke color of the finished product. Casings will shrink with the meat as it cools. Sold in bundles of 25 casings. Shelf life: 6 months refrigerated.

- Soak for at least 25-30 minutes in warm salt water (70-90º F) before stuffing.
