Clear Fibrous Casings are summer sausage and salami casings for smoked, large-diameter sausages. The clear color preserves the natural smoke color of the finished product, and the casings come pre-tied and pre-stuck so they adhere to the meat for a clean, professional finish. Available in 2½" × 14" (stuffs 2 lbs each) and 2½" × 20" (stuffs 3½ lbs each). Sold in bundles of 25 casings. Soak in warm water 20-30 minutes before stuffing.
