Clear Fibrous Casings (Venison) are summer sausage casings sized for venison, wild game, and other large-diameter smoked sausages. The clear color preserves the natural smoke color, and the casings come pre-tied and perforated to better adhere to the meat. Sold individually - we recommend ordering 25 units at a time (25 casings stuff approximately 50 lbs of meat). Soak in warm water 20 minutes before stuffing.
