Mahogany Fibrous Casings (Venison) are summer sausage casings sized for venison, wild game, and other large-diameter smoked sausages - the venison processor's standard. The deep mahogany color delivers an authentic smokehouse appearance, and the casings come pre-tied and perforated to better adhere to the meat. Sold in bundles of 25 (50 lbs of meat) and 7 casings (25.2 lbs of meat).
