The natural casing delivers traditional bite and authentic appearance for these cured-meat classics. Available in 40-43mm (stuffs 75-85 lbs per set) and 43-46mm (stuffs 80-90 lbs per set). Sold in 100 ft sets. Casings come salted - flush before stuffing and store in a salted solution.
