Natural Sheep Casings are small-diameter natural casings used for breakfast sausages, snack sticks, hot dogs, and other small-diameter sausages where natural casing snap is part of the eating experience. 20-22mm diameter delivers traditional breakfast link and hot dog size. Pre-flushed and ready to stuff after a 20-minute soak in warm water - no salt-flushing required. Each package contains one hank (100 yards) of casings.
