Honey BBQ Jerky Kit is a sweet-and-tangy jerky-making kit built around the popular honey + zesty BBQ flavor combination. Each kit makes 15 lbs of jerky total (3 packages of seasoning and 3 packages of jerky cure, each measured for 5 lbs of meat). Works with venison, beef, or other wild game in your smoker, oven, or dehydrator - ground or sliced meat both work.
