Original Recipe Jerky Kit is the classic jerky-making kit built around mild onion, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and traditional jerky spices - the seasoning that started PS Seasoning's jerky-kit lineup. Each kit makes 15 lbs of jerky total (3 packages of seasoning and 3 packages of jerky cure, each measured for 5 lbs). Works with venison, beef, or wild game in your smoker, oven, or dehydrator.
